After RASA (Receive, Appreciate, Summarize, Ask) that I had learned back in 2013 from
Julian Treasure’s TED talk („5 ways to listen better“ ted.com/talks/julian_treasure_), I now learned another helpful acronym:

ALOHA…

1. Ask
2. Listen
3. Observe
4. Help
5. Ask again

That’s what fictitious caregivers were taught in the film „The Fundamentals of Caring“ (2016).

Follow

I had watched it first back in May 2019 when I stayed at the London Paddington hostel „Astor Hyde Park“ as part of my Studiolist.org startup journey, but I only watched it half-assed while working on my laptop.

Last night I really paid attention and care.

And since the word immediately connects to my 2009 adventure to Hawaii, I hereby closed a circle, and a chapter if you will.
